As a mother I know the importance of holding on to those special moments. It seems my oldest two children are reaching adulthood at breakneck speed and my son is not far behind. While I have had some beautiful studio portaits taken of my children, my most treasured photos were taken outside of the studio environment. Why? Because my kids could just be themselves, messy hair and all.
Custom "on location" portraits also work well for couples and seniors. The results are only limited by imagination. What kind of mood do you want to capture? Gritty urban, romantic, playful...the choice is yours!
Before the camera comes out, I will take the time to become aquainted with you and your child. Once your child is feeling comfortable and the photo session is under way I may simply follow you and your child around like your own private papparazzi, capturing those little perfect moments or I may incorporate posed photos if I see a great photo op. The idea is to be open, flexible, and most of all have fun.
